These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and IKON Marketing Suite LLC ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the ikonmarketing.net website.
Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Command Center dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new users. After 14 days, refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. IKON Marketing Suite LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
